Coloured pencil on paper; Risography

A portrait series of people I’ve encountered online in 2019 seem familiar, but also seem strange. Acquainted strangers are people who remind me of other people and yet are not identical to them. Using analog-scratched drawings, they develop their character. In 2021 a small paperback was created in the risography workshop of POPU ZINE CLUB. The portrait series is combined with the artist’s own texts. Image and text become collected observations.
